John Chevillet performed his graduate training at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center/University of Washington, where he investigated mechanisms of cancer invasion and metastasis. As a postdoctoral research fellow at the Hutch and the Institute for Systems Biology, he developed methods to detect and quantify circulating nucleic acids as blood-based biomarkers. John is part of Product Integration at 10X, contributed to the development of our scATAC solution, and is currently a member of the Chromium Connect development team.

Darisha Jhutty received her Master of Science in Bioengineering and Engineering Management from Santa Clara University. Throughout her career, she focused on systems and assay integration roles at multiple NGS companies such as PacBiosciences, Genia Technologies, and now 10x Genomics. For the past year at 10x, Darisha has managed the Chromium Controller and is excited to be part of the team developing the first automated platform - the Chromium Connect.
