CORONADO
Explore Ferry Landing Marketplace at the
foot of First Street with its shops, restaurants and stunning views of downtown San Diego.
Coronado
is home to North Island Naval Air
Station and the Naval Amphibious Base. Since Sept. 11, 2001 neither base is open
to the public. However, Old Town Trolley Tours offers a 2-hour plus guided tour
that takes you past some of the military installations in the San Diego area. Photo I.D. required. The
