Webinar Description:

Symposium will provide a detailed overview of sample identification and quality control with the MassARRAY® System utilizing the iPLEX Pro Sample ID Panel. In addition, we will highlight why the MassARRAY® System was selected to screen paired tumor and germline specimens submitted to The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA).

Learning Objectives:

  • Agena Bioscience's MassARRAY System provides a high-throughput and low cost solution for establishing sample identity and quality.
  • This sample identification method can be utilized by bio-banks and bio repositories to ensure sample identity and quality in their collections.
  • The MassARRAY System and iPlex® Pro Sample ID Panel have been successfully used to screen tumor and germline specimens submitted to The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA).

Who should attend:

  • Director- Core Labs, Bio-banks
  • Scientist/ Technologist- R&D
  • Professor- R&D Academic running core labs
  • Director/ Staff Scientist/ Pathologist- Hospital, Clinics- Sample collection labs

Speakers:

Erik Zmuda, PhD.
