Second, alliance managers can use metrics to identify areas for improvement and work to refine processes and optimize performance. In this session, we will share an example from outside the Life Sciences industry of an organization that has built and implemented an alliance metrics regime that has consistent metrics to measure and monitor alliances across its alliance portfolio.
