Symposium Course Description: The After a brief introduction on the background of the database MetaMap®Tox containing rat plasma metabolome data for more than 500 reference compounds, Niels Möller will summarize the key benefits of MetaMap®Tox application for better and faster assessment of pre-clinical toxicological profiles of NCEs as well as provide some key findings from the successful validation through the Drug Safety Executive Council. Dr. Hennicke Kamp will continue to showcase the typical project design as well as the service packages offered. Finally, data from a case study on Drug Induced Liver Injury (DILI) demonstrating the potential of MetaMap®Tox to detect clinical DILI will be shared.
