In response to the emerging trends of integration of “omics” approaches and the promise of systems biology, as well as translation from pre-clinical to clinical studies, we are bringing together three established Biomarker meetings under one roof. While emphasizing the integrated approach to biomarker discovery and validation, the Biomarker Discovery Summit 2008 also presents the latest technologies in genomic, proteomic and metabolomic profiling; approaches and case studies to biomarker validation and translation; as well as biomarker applications in drug development, diagnostics, and personalized medicine. Delegates will benefit from the focused coverage of each meeting, as well as learn about the “big picture” in biomarker discovery and implementation across silos from the plenary sessions and expanded trade show. |
