We are seeking a professional experienced in producing conferences in the following topic areas:
Health IT, Medical Informatics, Healthcare Industry Transformation, Predictive Analytics, Population Health Management, Coordinated Care, Mobile Health, Achieving the Triple Aim, Hospital Information Systems, Healthcare Reform, Infrastructures to Support Clinical and Financial Transformation in Healthcare, or experience in one of these fields of interest.

Conference producers develop the technical content & agenda of events, recruit speakers and oversee the entire production process.  Producers utilize a journalistic approach to build relationships in industry and develop and manage a dynamic portfolio of conference topics.  They are top-notch communicators with exceptional relationship-management skills and the ability to effectively attract industry thought leaders to participate & speak at our events.

Activities include: literary review of novel technologies and innovative approaches to care delivery; analysis of the industry for economic, scientific, technical and regulatory trends; extensive phone interviews and email communication regarding source material, topic validation, content development and thought leader recruitment; and use of the knowledge gained to create a compelling conference program.

Producers are more likely to be successful if they come into the job already possessing the following skills & experience:

  • Conference production experience is highly desirable, preferably in medical education and/or science-related seminars and training programs.
  • Must be a self-starter and strong project manager who is undaunted by constant multi-tasking and overlapping deadlines.
  • Travel is required (approx. 10 trips annually).
  • Ideal candidate possesses exceptional creativity and demonstrated ability to determine viability of products.
  • Conference production is team based, and working comfortably with people across the entire organization is essential.
  • Healthcare, Data Analytics, Business Analysis experience is strongly preferred.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are seeking a GRAPHIC DESIGNER who will work closely with the Design and Art Directors to develop compelling, integrated print & web campaigns from concept to completion.  The range of projects consists of identity, brochure, promotional, advertising, environmental, and editorial print and web design.  As part of a dynamic, in-house design department, you will brand, advance and promote Cambridge Innovation Institute’s six divisions, with their focus on research and development within the high-tech fields of life sciences and energy storage.

  • Our ideal Graphic Designer candidates will possess the following:
  • 1 to 3 years of design and production experience
  • Outstanding design and typography skills. Illustration skills a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

DATA ENTRY & INTERNET RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

We are seeking candidates with lightning quick and error-free typing skills to fill the position of DATA ENTRY & INTERNET RESEARCH ASSOCIATE. Duties for this position include:

  • Perform high-volume and accurate data entry [Keyboarding (typing) test will be included during the recruitment process!]
  • Update and add records to our marketing database
  • Conduct Internet research to obtain updated contact information on prospects [Internet skills test will be included during the recruitment process!]

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

Cambridge Innovation Institute (CII) is seeking an ASSOCIATE PRODUCER (Project Manager, Administrative Assistant) to support one of our Conference Directors.  If you enjoy learning about new technologies and emerging science, and seek to leverage your scientific background in innovative ways, CII and the Associate Producer position may be an excellent fit for you!

This is a mid-level project management position for a detail-oriented team player with superior proofreading and communication skills and a background in life sciences. We’re looking specifically for candidates who possess the drive to grow into full conference producers.  We have a comprehensive training program for Associate Producers who demonstrate the aptitude and motivation to move up the conference production career ladder!

Each Associate Producer and Conference Director team creates a dynamic set of conferences focused on R&D in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.  Initial duties include:

  • Provide administrative assistance and project management support to the Conference Director
  • Research scientific conference topics
  • Build & maintain relationships with leading researchers in the biotech & pharmaceutical fields
  • Manage speaker invitations and obtain speaker materials
  • Compile, organize and proofread conference content, correspondence and related documentation

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences (biology or biotechnology)
