June 17, 2010 | Nature News has issued a correction to a story it published on June 9 stating that Open Source Drug Discovery (OSDD), the Indian project annotating the tuberculosis genome (see, Drug Discovery Open Source Style), did not plan to publish its Mycobacterium tuberculosis genome in a peer-reviewed journal. The mapped, compiled, and verified genome was announced on April 11 and posted online. OSDD researchers say that preparations are underway to submit the data to peer-reviewed journals. Nature News
