Evan Ng

Evan Ng is a partner in Dorsey & Whitney's Palo Alto Office.  He is Co-Chair of the firm's life sciences and health care practice.  Evan has substantial experience representing public and private life science companies across a broad range of matters that include venture capital and private equity financings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and strategic technology transactions, including transactions on behalf of companies such as Fluxion Biosciences, Progentech, ForteBio, and Applied Imaging.
