Reliable and robust bioanalytical methods are the cornerstone for generating pharmacokinetic (PK), biomarker and immunogenicity (ADA) data for biotherapeutic development and subsequent regulatory submission. Ligand binding assays (LBAs) used for quantification of biotherapeutic drugs rely on specific critical reagents that are often in limited supply. Traditional manual methods for LBA reagent selection and characterization are labor intensive and are subject to long cycle times, volume limitations and matrix effects.
