Healthcare Education Services' Hematologic Cancers Course - Overview


This course reviews the hematological system and provides and overview on the spectrum of hematological cancers. The pathophysiology of hematological malignancies such as leukemia’s, lymphomas and myeloma are discussed along with their common treatments. The issues and complications of bone marrow and stem cell transplant will be reviewed. Matters relating to clinical trials including ethical considerations and FDA directives will be examined.
