Webinar Description:

In a recent survey of 250 process professionals, 70 percent say their organization’s projects are not efficiently executed--and a key common denominator to this failure is a lack of executive support. Without the interest and support of its executives, even businesses with solid Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes can suffer from unclear strategic vision, resource constraints, lack of standardization, and the inability to prioritize projects. Join this webinar, presented by Integrated Project Management Co., Inc. (IPM), to learn how project managers and PMO directors can secure executive buy-in to help clear the way for successful execution of the PPM’s most critical projects.

Learning Objectives:

  • Using a five-step system to help cultivate executive buy-in
  • Knowing what to avoid in presenting your case
  • Learning how alignment with the company’s strategic goals helps get executive commitment
