SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS DOWNLOAD SHIPPING LABEL HERE
There will be no dedicated exhibitor services, drayage service or freight forwarder for this CHI conference. Please arrange for your tabletop supplies to be
shipped directly to the hotel. Please attach the shipping label (photocopy as needed) with the hotel address to all boxes being shipped.
Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees that the hotel may charge. Your shipment needs to arrive
no earlier than 3 days prior to the conference. Please have packages arrive by May 8th.
(Please prepare your shipping arrangements for pick up the last day of the conference).
