ICD is being successfully applied to the quantitative determination of biologics stability for:

  • Developability assessment of new constructs
  • Evaluation of formulations aimed at optimizing long-term stability

ICD is the only technique that provides direct access to the stability indicating parameter ∆G for complex pharmaceutically relevant biologic molecules such as mAbs, bi-specific antibodies and ADC’s.

During this Web Seminar we will discuss:

  • The Principles of ICD
  • The importance of ∆G data for developability and formulations decision making
  • Overview of Instrument Capabilities and Data Analysis
  • Examples of ICD-directed stability analysis of pharmaceutically relevant biologics

If you are working on new biologics discovery and development programs and you want to learn how to accelerate and improve your developability and formulations decision making, register for this informative web seminar.

Who Should Attend:

Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Contract Research Organizations - Head, VP, Senior Scientist from:

- Biologics Biophysical Characterization
- Formulations Development & Optimization
- Purification Process Optimization
- Biologics Development

Speaker:

Rick BrownRick Brown, Ph.D.

Co-Founder and President
AVIA Biosystems

Dr. Brown has over thirty years of experience in the scientific instrument industry. Dr. Brown received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts in 1978. Prior to co-founding AVIA Biosystems, Dr. Brown served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Microcal. In 2012, Dr. Brown co-founded AVIA Biosystems with Dr. Ernesto Freire, Professor of Biology and Biophysics at The Johns Hopkins University. The initial funding for AVIA came in the form of an SBIR grant from the National Institutes of Health. Today AVIA Biosystems designs and develops scientific instruments for the biophysical characterization of biologics at its facilities located near Boston, Massachusetts.
