Biography: Francisco Bizouarn is currently an International Field Application Specialist for the Bio-Rad's Gene Expression Division. His current focus is qPCR , sample prep and nucleic acid research techniques.
Carl Fisher, Ph.D., Product Manager, Gene Expression Division, Bio-Rad Laboratories
Biography: Carl Fisher is the product manager for the CFX Real-time detection systems and related software at Bio-Rad Laboratories. He was previously a senior technical support consultant in the Molecular Biology and Chromatography groups at Bio-Rad, supporting conventional and real-time PCR, horizontal electrophoresis, gene transfer, and chromatographic systems and media. Prior to his arrival at Bio-Rad Laboratories, he was a Post-doctoral fellow in the Pathology Department at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School. He has extensive research and troubleshooting experience in the areas of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.
